What hyperlocal markets are doing the best?

Over the past week or so, I've had a couple people ask me what local city markets are seeing the most improvements and performing the best. So I thought it would be a good opportunity to send the list out. 
 
This chart outlines a comparison over the last month in what we call the Cromford Market Index, which is a simple and straight forward index that measures the supply and demand of each city. Numbers between 90-110 indicate a balanced buyer/seller market. Over 110 Sellers Market, Under 90 Buyers Market. 
 
We've seen positive improvements in the following cities: Fountain Hills, Avondale, Peoria, Paradise Valley, Goodyear, & Buckeye.
