We have sold several properties with many different realtors. We started talking with Josh in January 2024 and let him know we weren't planning on buying until late 2025. He kept in touch with us and was very understanding and patient. Where do we begin. We started this process about a year ago deciding when the best time to list our home would be, with Joshua as our guide we stepped into this unsure but trusting this process.
